Delivery & Shipping

We ship directly from our warehouse to your door. Our courier service delivers to all addresses enabling nation-wide coverage. We offer standard shipping or an express shipping option upon checkout. We can also provide international shipping, to arrange this please contact us at: warehouse@prinkbox.com.au. Please be aware that international shipping is not feasible in certain cases alternatively, we will advise you the best retailer to contact from our global network. Steps after checkout

Step 1. Once your new purchase order is queued for packaging, we will email you a confirmation of your order details including the billing, payment, shipping and tax information.

Step 2. Once your payment is approved, eWAY or PayPal will email you a transaction receipt.

Step 3. Once your consignment is ready for courier collection at one of our dispatch depots, we will email you the tax invoice and courier tracking number.

Step 4. Once your consignment is ready for delivery, the courier driver will arrive at your address for you to sign and accept your delivery. In case you are not at the address at the time of delivery, a notice will be placed in your post box or at/near/under your door to reschedule delivery or pick-up.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: At the point of delivery or pick-up, please note of the condition of the packaging and contents contained within. You have the right to reasonably refuse accepting a consignment or part of a consignment if you see that there is severe damage to the packaging and/or contents contained within.

Please immediately contact warehouse@prinkbox.com.au by forwarding the email described in Step 1 above with a subject title of "Refused Consignment". One of our team members will investigate into this further and will update you as soon as we can.

Step 5. A week after your delivery has been successful, our QA team may ask for your valuable feedback. ;-)

$8.95 shipping Australia-wide or FREE shipping spend over $100+

From the date of purchase, please expect your order to be delivered in approximately 5 business days depending on your postcode. Your purchase order is dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends due to courier availability). We deliver your purchase order free of charge if, your purchase order is $100 or more (Australian dollars GST inclusive). If your purchase order is less than $100, we will charge you a flat fee of $8.95 regardless of your postcode (Australian dollars GST inclusive). We select the courier based upon availability at the point of dispatch. We utilise a network of experienced Australian courier companies.

 

Express delivery option

From the date of purchase, please expect your order to be in approximately 2 business days depending on your postcode. Your purchase order is dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends due to courier availability). We deliver your purchase order as soon as possible. Charges and delivery times are calculated depending upon real time courier schedules for your postcode (Australian dollars GST inclusive). We select the courier based upon availability at the point of purchase. We utilise a network of experienced Australian courier companies.

 

International shipping

We provide international shipping on selected products on a case-by-case basis, please contact us at: warehouse@prinkbox.com.au. Note that international shipping is not feasible or is not possible in certain cases for particular products. If the cost of international shipping exceeds your purchase order amount, we will advise you the best retailer to contact from our global brand partnership network. Your payment provider will usually accept Australian dollars charges at their exchange rates.

Certain destinations pose a high risk for numerous reasons. If this applies to your purchase order, we will do our best to co-operate to help you find a suitable retailer.
